(1) Separation plants; <br /> (2) Rock crushers; <br /> (3) Concrete batching plants; <br /> (4) Asphalt batching plants; <br /> (5) Recycling plants that recycle material into asphalt concrete, Portland cement <br /> concrete, aggregate base, sand, gravel, fill dirt, or other products that are <br /> determined by the Director to be common to the aggregate industry; <br /> (6) Manufacture of precast concrete products. <br /> C. No stockpiled soil or material shall be placed closer than 25 feet to a property boundary <br /> except where shown on plans to provide a four400t-high landscape berm for screening <br /> (provided that sight distances at road intersections are not impaired). <br /> d. No excavation shall take place within minimum setbacks (nor within the allowed slopes <br /> adjacent to said setbacks) unless the elevation prior to excavation is more than that of <br /> the abutting property, in which case the elevation within said setbacks shall at no time <br /> be less than that of the abutting property at the property line. Minimum setbacks are as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) Unless specifically stated otherwise,25 feet from any property line or right-of-way. <br /> :-, (2) PG&E's high pressure gas lines in Phase 2: 50 feet from the centerline of the <br /> gas lines, or arrange to have PG&E relocate the line. <br /> (3) PG&E's high pressure gas lines in Phases 6 and 7: 100 feet from the centerline <br /> of the gas lines, or arrange to have PG&E relocate the line. <br /> (4) California Aqueduct: 50 feet from the property line. <br /> (5) Interstate 5 and State Highway 132 100 feet from the right-of-way. <br /> (6) Lone Tree Creek: 100 feet from the centerline of the creek. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1415.2{jl) <br /> e. The following conditions do not apply to temporary interior cut slopes(i.e.,working slopes <br /> that do not fall within any of the criteria listed below). Temporary interior cut slopes shall <br /> comply with the Cal OSHA Code of Regulations and/or the Federal MSHA Code of <br /> Regulations as appilcable. <br /> (1) All slopes over 50 feet in height shall be terraced with a maximum vertical <br /> distance between terraces of 50 feet Each terrace shall be a minimum of 12 feet <br /> wide. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - CLX-91-5 <br />
