In addition, the existing <br /> San Joaquin County and. City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks-, flood plains, , and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX; Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The � <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at . the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1.810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Eight Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 134 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall. be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit .
