A traffic study shall be required to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigations at the following locations : <br /> 1. Entrance to the project site. <br /> 2 . West Lane and Eight Mile Road intersection. <br /> 3 . Eight Mile Road and North 99 Frontage Road (west) intersection. <br /> 4 . Eight Mile Road and North 99 Frontage Road (east) intersection. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as <br /> estimated by the Department of :Public Works, .Public Facilities <br /> Division, prior to Department of .:PublicsWorks preparing or contracting <br /> for the required study.. Any mitigation required by the traffic study <br /> shall be provided by the applicant . <br /> (Development Title Section -9 1150 .4) <br /> 5 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development The fee is 'due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
