A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for a <br /> sewage treatment plant, must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$3 90.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> T. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval_ A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> U. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works. A waste water treatment plant study acceptable to the Department of Public <br /> Works and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division is required prior to the approval of the improvements plans of any work <br /> within the site. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105?). <br /> V. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and <br /> sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> W.
