When the future Holman Road is completed access to Eight Mile Road shall be removed, <br /> and an access to Holman Road shall be provided. <br /> 13. The owner shall be required to prepare and record a "Notice" by separate instrument with <br /> the San Joaquin County Assessors 1 Recorder 1 Clerk that addresses Recommendations <br /> No. 4 and 10. <br /> 14. The owner shall agree to construct a crossing for the proposed future street at the <br /> Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal. The crossing over the Woodbrige District Canal <br /> shall be designed by a Registered Civil Engineer, structural and hydraulic requirements <br /> shall be calculated and wet stamped, which shall be addressed on Agreement. <br /> 15. A traffic study shall be prepared to determine the impacts and mitigations at the following <br /> intersections and road segments: <br /> 1. Entrance to the project site. (Including left turn, acceleration and deceleration lanes). <br /> 2. Eight Mile Road and West Lane intersection. <br /> 3. Eight Mile Road and North 99 Frontage Road intersection. <br /> Also study all road segments within the limits of referenced intersections. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by <br /> the Department of Public Works, Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of <br /> Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study. The developer shall <br /> comply with the requirements of the traffic study. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 16.
