UP-00-13 OF <br /> HARVEST BIBLE CHURCH (CIO WENELL MATTHEIS BOWE, INC.) <br /> The applicant is requesting a Use Permit Pre-application for a regional church (use type: <br /> Religious Assembly-Regional) and classrooms to be built in phases. Phase One includes two <br /> 10,000 square foot, single story, buildings. The first building will include offices and seating for <br /> 500. The second building will be for recreation and classrooms. A.proposed 2-acre retention <br /> basin is to be used as a recreation field..Phase Two includes a 20,000 square foot two-story <br /> building for classrooms and offices. Thirteen additional acres are planned for future office and <br /> commercial sites. <br /> This site is located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, 800 feet west of State Route 99, north <br /> of Stockton. The project site is located within the Stockton Urban Community. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following <br /> comments: <br /> r The General Plan designation is CIO and the zoning is AU-20. <br /> Project Description <br /> The project description for the full application should describe the school. This should include <br /> s the number of students, type of study, and the days and hours of operation. Will there be child <br /> care? <br /> Describe the planned recreation activities, indoor and outdoor. Describe the timing of the <br /> phases. Indicate the square footage of the various components of the proposed uses, including - <br /> office space, classroom, and religious assembly. <br /> General Plan and Zoning <br /> The use type for the Church is Religious Assembly-Regional. The use type for the School (if a <br /> K-12 type school) is Educational Services-General. <br />
