d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes (automobile and truck)shall be and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas. (2) A minimum of four (4) automobile parking spaces including one (1) van accessible space shall be provided. (One space is required for every 1,000 sq.ft. of building area.) (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.3) (3) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty(20)feet long. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.9) (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25)feet for two-way aisles and sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1015.5[h]) f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (.1) All required landscaping shall conform to Chapter 9-1020 of the DevelopmentTitle. (2) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1020.7) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All outside storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six(6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards,or in front of main buildings.(DevelopmentTitle Section 1022.4[d][2]) h. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: (1) Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or recessed a minimum of ten (10) feet from the property line unless there are at least sixteen (16) feet between the property line and the edge of the traveled roadway, in which case the setback requirement is waived. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1022.2[f]) i. TREE PRESERVATION: Future development on the parcel(s) shall be consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1505).
