• The Community Development Department shall require proof of acceptance of a site <br /> survey by the Department of Fish & Game, in compliance with Mitigation Measure <br /> No. 2, if a Building Permit is applied for during March 1 through September 15. If a <br /> Building Permit is applied for after September 15 but is not finalized prior to March 1 <br /> proof of acceptance of a site survey by the Department of Fish & Game shall be <br /> required. <br /> The Department of Fish &Game shall be responsible for reviewing the site survey, if <br /> • necessary, for compliance with State requirements. <br /> s <br /> MONITORING: ; <br /> • The Community Development Department shall review the required Improvement <br /> Plan prior to issuance of building permits for compliance with Mitigation Measure No. <br /> 1. <br /> If a site survey is required and identifies active nest sites on or adjacent to the project <br /> site, the Department of Fish & Game shall be responsible for insuring that the <br /> development is conducted in compliance with State requirements. <br /> r <br />
