The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $171.00 <br /> per 1,000 gross square foot of building as warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be <br /> allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or <br /> after April 30, 1991. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Final <br /> Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 9. The proposed project would be impacted by the extension of Arch-Sperry Road. No <br /> improvements or structures should be allowed within the proposed alignment of the future <br /> Arch-Sperry Road extension. <br /> 10.
