F3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History No septic repair permits were found while reviewing EHD records on October 4, 2004. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septics stem. Using this method,we estimate there are a minimum of 7$ se tic s uare mile in�e immediate vicinity of the Site. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity Septic system permits were search for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on October 4, 2004. Of the records searched, records from 3000 to 4034 West Grant Line Road and from 3566 ' to 4881 West 11`' Street were reviewed Table 1 presents a summary of the septic system permits found. 3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity The following septic system repair permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on October 4, 2004: F11 Table 1.
