ELEVENTH STREET,
TRACY, CALIFORNIA _
OUR JOB NUMBER: LG03-137
1.0 . INTRODUCTION
Our office was contracted b Joe Da to conduct a
Y Y soil suitability/nitrate loading study for the
proposed RV sales facility located at 7890 W. Eleventh Street, Tracy,CA. (Plate 1) The
Assessor Parcel Number for the site is 250-150-04 and the San Joaquin County site approval/use
permit application number is PA-03-93. 'The study was performed according to the requirements of
Section 9=1105.2(4) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work
include.d.conducting a percolation test that meets the required absorption rates'as required by San
Joaquin County Public Health Service Environmental Health Division(EHD):
In addition to-conducting the percolation test, a review of published soil information, geologic
maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use
-with a septic system. A water.sample was collected from the on-site water well through a spigot
and was tested for nitrate and coliform. A nitrate loading balance was conducted to estimate any
potential nitrat&impacts to ground water.
