The RV faciility willuse the same septic <br /> system and water well that are presently on the site. <br /> An RV parking area will be developed as well as a parking area for customers, and a three-car <br /> covered private parking area for employees. The existing building will be used for an office. . <br /> The RV sales business will be-operated by one (1)employee. Up to five (5) customers are <br /> expected to visit the facility each day. The business hours are Monday thra Saturday, 9:00 AM <br /> to 5:00 PM. The property contains a water.well and a septic system. Accordi the se tic <br /> syst�ermitsearch for the address, the septic systemwas constricted in 1980. The tank is <br /> 1,600 gallons in size and contains one (1), 100400t leach line as shown on the Site Plan;Plate <br /> No. 1. <br /> 3.0 SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> According.to San Joaquin Community Development Department the site and local area is <br /> General Commercial Zone which is intended to provide for commercial areas that offer a wide <br /> variety of specialized retail and service. Bounding the property to the north is Eleventh Street <br /> and small commercial businesses bound the site in all other directions. <br /> A search of septic system and well permits issued for 7890 W. Eleventh Street was conducted <br /> from the files of San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division <br /> (EHD). The record search Iocated one (1)well drilling permit, one (1) liquid waste permit, and <br /> one (1) new well/pump installation permit for the subject site. Paper copies of all,the permit are <br /> Y presented in the appendix.
