(Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> & The frontage improvements for Collier Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60-foot wide Rural Collector for 200-feet across Parcel 2. A Drainage Report prepared by a registered Civil Engineer which defines the existing drainage system and i <br /> sheet flow runoff affecting the site shall be submitted prior to approval of the parcel map(Development Title ' <br /> 9-1135.2[h]) <br /> 8. Drainage from the improved portion of each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin (I 8-inch <br /> maximum depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect, or <br /> a licensed contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 9. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of ' <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot; if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public-Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to approval of the Parcel Map,the subdivider i <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring the completion of improvements within <br /> one(1)year after approval of the Final Map.
