Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study for dairy/animal waste indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for the usage number of animals proposed must <br /> beerformed prior to building <br /> p p g <br /> permit as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$3)90.00 must be paid at time of submittal <br /> to Environmental Health Division. Applicant needs to complete application by declaring <br /> how many cows, heifers, and calves are proposed for this future dairy site. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel.
