� SA-99-42 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> 4 County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9- <br /> 1110.5). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development, including future <br /> wells. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> G. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> H. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> NOTE: The water supply to the dairy barn must be protected from all outside sources by use of <br /> Reduced Pressure Back-flow Devices. Reduced Pressure Back-flow Devices are required at all <br /> chemical injection sites. All water hose bibs shall have back-.flow devices. <br /> I. Submit three (3) sets of building plans for review to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> Plans shall include the design of the entire dairy facility (milking barn, corrals. free stall <br /> housing, shelter sheds, dry cow facilities, calf barns, and waste water ponds); California Food <br /> and Agricultural Code, Division 15, Chapter 5, Article 2, Section 33481-33487. A $156.00 <br /> plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br />
