The plans shall <br /> include the design of the entire dairy facility(milking barn,corrals,free stall housing,shelter sheds, <br /> dry cow facilities,calf barns,and waste water ponds(California Feed and Agricultural Code, Division <br /> 15, Chapter 5, Article 2, Sections 33481-33487). A$156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> I. The numberof dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount which would preclude good waste <br /> management practices. The applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the Environmental Health Division. All liquid and solid dairy wastes and vector problems associated with this dairy operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as to not cause a nuisance or a health problem(Porter-CologneWater <br /> Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Sections 13260-13263). Any complaintsthat are verified <br /> against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Division's hourly rate($78.00)for response <br /> and correction,as per Board of Supervisors Resolution R-92-1591. <br /> 4. PG&E owns and maintains a 115 kV electric transmission line and a 50-foot-wide easement within <br /> the project boundaries. Land use is restricted within the easement.
