The applicant needs to complete the application by declaring how many cows, heifers,and calves and proposed / for this future dairy site. b. A soil suitability study,as required by DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1105.2(d),which indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to the issuance of building permits. y A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. c. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County a prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. /d., The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1115.7) /e. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area,as determined by the percolation test,are required prior to approval by the Environmental Health Division.
