Vander Meulen Property,APN 207-200-09 Page 3 <br /> i Our Project Number: E07101A <br /> July 3, 2007 <br /> In the 1993 photo, new structures have been built on the subject property and appear to have <br /> replaced the structures seen in previous years. The vicinity appears relatively unchanged from <br /> the previous photos. <br /> I In the 2002 photo, a residence is apparent near the north west corner of the subject property. <br /> A construction pad is apparent at the southern portion of the property. The property appears to <br /> still be used for agricultural purposes. The vicinity appears relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photos. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C(f this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Escalon, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1991 was obtained from <br /> Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1991 map, the subject property is depicted as open land with two structures. The <br /> property is depicted approximately 110 to 115 feet above mean sea level. Surrounding <br /> F1properties are also depicted as open land. An orchard is depicted on the adjacent property to <br /> the north. <br /> RThis map is included iia-Appendix C of this report. <br /> F12.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire nd Disclosure Statement was completed by Mr. Pete Vander Meulen, owner of <br /> the subject p ject, June 22, 2007. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as <br /> Append' <br /> In responses to the questionnaire, Mr. Vander Meulen indicated that he purchased the property <br /> in 1990 and that it is currently used as pasture land and equipment storage for harvesting. Mr. <br /> Vander Meulen indicated a dairy existed on the property from 1963 to 1973 and that it has <br /> been used for agricultural purposes in the past. There is above ground fuel storage on the <br /> property. Water is provided to the pro y p blic water system and a pond and septic <br /> system serves as was water dispos . Waste a s stored in bulk containers and disposed of <br /> through a service. The property h str1 uctures: two residences, a garage and an <br /> equipment building. The residences are heated and coo y ntral heat powered by electric <br /> and propane. Mr. Vander Meulen indicated that there Ie four torage tanks on the property; <br /> one 4,500 gallon diesel tank, one 5,000 gallon diesel t e 300 gallon waste oil tank and <br /> one 300 gallon gasoline tank. He was not aware of any spills, leaks or other releases of <br /> chemicals on the property. <br /> Fj NEIL O.
