If the above-ground holding <br /> facility has to be emptied,first analyze the contents for any hazardous material. Specific <br /> test requirements can be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> g. If hazardous waste is generated,the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> h. The existing truck wash shall be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> I <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 5,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the`tow away"sign, <br /> at each entrance or to be visible from each space. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/<inch per foot. (C.C.R.,Title 24) <br /> C. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit applications for structures located <br /> within the 100-year flood zone. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. Equipment or processes that cause or have a potential for air emissions or equipment <br /> that is used for controlling such air pollution may need an Authority to Construct and <br /> Permit to Operate, according to the rules and regulations of the San Joaquin Valley <br /> Unified Air Pollution Control District. <br /> b.
