1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 11 <br /> Description of Site: The project consists of a 160 acre parcel located at <br /> 375 N. Escalon-Bellota Road, Linden, California. The project is in a farming community <br /> and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is Cl <br /> �{ APN 093-130-03. There are no immediate plans for any more dwellings. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide the existing �� 2 <br /> 160 acre parcel into four 40 acre parcels. J <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The resent owner, + <br /> p , Steve San inetti has <br /> gu , owned the property for the past 7 years. The past <br /> and present use of the property has been for cattle grazing. Future use of the parcels will remain <br /> unchanged. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> ` 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four 40 acre parcels from an existing single parcel. Once the parcels are developed for a home, a <br /> septic system will be required and built based per the San Joaquin. County requirements. There C3, <br /> have been no septic systems on this parcel. Permits were researched and illustrate this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued so no histor / <br /> 'F of septic repair is available for subject parcel. y �3.3� <br />{ 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. �F, <br /> (See pen-nits in Appendix.) '2 <br /> f' <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general `] <br /> area range in installation dates from 1987 to 1991. (Copies of permits are in appendix.) l <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair history of the septic tanks <br /> tF in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent performance. 5161 <br /> There have been no incidents to report.
