{ <br /> { �1 <br /> 6.0 PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 6.1 Site Map Showing the location,with concise and accurate dimensions of the percolation '\ <br /> i test holes on the parcel: See Appendix. 6145 --AxA <br /> 1 <br /> 6.2 The Minimum Number of Shallow and Deep Percolation Tests was Performed for <br /> Each Parcel: Four shallow percolation test holes were prepared, one on each proposed parcel. <br /> 6.3 Description of the Date, Time and Protocol Used to Prepare the Test Hole, Including <br /> Depth and Dimensions mensions of Hole, Preparation of Hole, and Depth of Water Used to Presoak <br /> (Minimum 12 Inches): The shallow test holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and <br /> f 10 inches in diameter and backfilled with 2 inches of"pea gravel" in accordance with County <br /> Standards. The shallow holes were prepared by the owner, Steve Sanguinetti on April 22, 2008. <br /> Mike Toy of Dillon&Murphy verified the hole was prepared to County Standards. On <br /> April 23, 2008 at 6:00 a.m. the 24 hour presoak period was started. <br /> Due to the failure of the shallow test holes Mr. Sanguinetti obtained the services of <br /> Neil O. Anderson & Associates to perform deep percolation test. (See Appendix for <br /> Neil O. Anderson &Associates Report.) J <br /> 6.4 Description of the Date, Time and Condition of the Test Hole After the 24-Hour Soak <br /> Period (Hole Still Intact, Hole Dry,Depth to Water Remaining in Hole, Etc.): On <br /> April 24, 2008 at 7:00 a.m. the 4 shallow test holes were dry. Six inches of water was added to <br /> the holes and the holes were deemed suitable to continue. The shallow tests did not meet the ` J <br /> minimum County requirements. (See report prepared by Neil O. Anderson &Associates for <br /> deep test results.) <br /> i <br /> 6.5 The Test Conformed to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02 (Correct Depth, diameter, <br /> 2" gravel, 6" Water Refill, Correct Readings Recorded): The percolation tests conformed to <br /> San Joaquin County Policy EHD 0202. <br /> F 6.6 Complete Percolation Test Form (Including Readings) Was Provided With REHS <br /> Verification Signature.
