The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water purveyor that required <br /> improvements have been constructed and the water purveyor has the capacity to serve the <br /> existing and proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> B. Obtain waste discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Water <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> C. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and.customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.F.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 16, 2007, has been submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and has been approved. If the future underlying project is <br /> changed or modified, an addendum to this report will be necessary. <br /> D. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: <br /> An Engineered designed sewage disposal system is required. A Registered Engineer will <br /> need to submit plans for the proposed engineered design sewage disposal system to our office <br /> -for approval with a review fee of$196.00 at time of submittal. <br /> F. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, <br /> Article 1, 114380). A review fee of$294.00 is required at the time of submittal_ <br />
