Esealon Bellota Road,Farmington <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) cannot support the <br /> proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification until the SJCEHD receives the <br /> following additional information: <br /> A. The SJCEHD has received and reviewed the Soil Suitability report dated September 2006, <br /> and was determined to be inadequate. The SJCEHD is requiring additional nitrate loading <br /> study in regards to the sewage disposal for the proposed underlying project. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)) <br /> B. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for`any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed underlying development. <br /> Note: <br /> The existing public water system is operated by Farmington Water Company and is failed to <br /> provide a reliable and adequate supply of pure, wholesome, healthful, and potable water to <br /> the public that meets the standards and operational requirements per California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 116555. <br /> I <br /> w <br /> M,.1: <br />
