g. TOWER LIGHTS: For safety purposes, the communications tower shall be lighted according to the <br /> following <br /> (1) A red light shall be placed at or near the top of the tower. <br /> (2) The lights shall conform to all lighting standards required by the Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3000) <br /> a. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> b. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> c. The developer shall meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards to <br /> prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto other properties and <br /> to prevent off-site se6ment transport. <br /> d. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County's "Small Site Storm Water Management <br /> Plan." <br /> NOTE: <br /> AN future bui#ding permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. As an example; these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot <br /> -ahove tho expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact. Any geotechnical drilling shall he conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental Health. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115 6) <br /> 4. The applicant shall participate in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br /> Open Space Plan (SJMSCP) or provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that <br /> provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> 5.
