U <br /> f. The proposed expansion will increase the amount of runoff as a result of increasing the impervious <br /> surface area. Therefore, the capacity of the existing retention pond shall be increased to <br /> accommodate the additional runoff generated as a result of the proposed project. Required retention <br /> pond capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor, or an architect <br /> prior to the release of building permits. <br /> g. The applicant shall provide a written statement to Public Works stating whether or not Surface <br /> Transportation Assistance Act(STAR)type trucks will be used as a part of the proposed operation. If <br /> STAA type trucks are to be used, the driveways serving the site off of State Route 88 shall be <br /> designed and improved using a template to meet the turning radius of STAA trucks. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEARTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Escotto, 468-3443) <br /> a. Submit to Environmental Health revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees and <br /> customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines(Development Title Section 9-1110.41c][51). In addition, the revised site <br /> plan shall incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development based on the soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> findings(Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. Per requirements of the <br /> SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case-by-case review.
