(APN: 063-180-26); (ADDRESS: 12211 STATE <br /> ROUTE HIGHWAY 88, LODI) <br /> This project is a Use Permit application to expand an existing olive mill processing plant <br /> in three phases over ten years. Phase One includes a 9,000 square foot tank storage <br /> building. Phase Two includes an 18,000 square foot processing and tank storage <br /> building. Phase Three includes a 9,000 square foot tank storage building. (Use Type: <br /> Agricultural Processing — Food Manufacturing) <br /> This project is located on the west side of State Route Highway 88, 4,115 feet south of <br /> Harney Lane. The access to this parcel is from a roadway easement across APN: 063- <br /> 130-09 from Live Oak Road. <br /> The General Plan designation of the site is AIG (General Agriculture) and the zone <br /> classification is AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). <br /> Background <br /> Cortopassi Partners is proposing to expand their existing olive processing plant. The <br /> existing processing plant only produces olive oil and no canning of olives will be done at <br /> the existing facility. The plant currently operates 40 days per year during harvesting <br /> season which runs from October 20 through December 15. The existing olive processing <br /> plant was approved by the Planning Commission on December 15, 2005 under Use <br /> Permit Application No. PA-0500686. <br /> 1 <br />
