State Highway Route 88 APN: 063-180-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width as per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is $775.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated <br /> as Manufacturing in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $830.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br />
