(3) The commercial modular classrooms proposed in both phases will require either a state <br /> approved foundation design or a foundation design by a registered engineer or licensed <br /> architect in the State of California. <br /> (4) A soils report is required pursuant to Section 1803 of the CBC. All recommendations of <br /> the Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction drawings. <br /> (5) A demolition permit will be required for the structure which is proposed to be removed. <br /> (6) The proposed commercial modular buildings shall bear an insignia indicating the building <br /> is a Group E occupancy. <br /> (7) Pursuant to the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to employees <br /> at all times and should not be more that 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br /> employed. The plans shall indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel <br /> distance from work areas. The toilet facilities shall also be accessible to persons with <br /> disability as required by Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. <br /> (8) Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disability in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. These parking space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> (9) The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or separated into <br /> conforming fire areas. <br /> 2.
