(3) The commercial modular classrooms proposed in both phases will require either a state approved foundation design or a foundation design by a registered engineer or licensed architect in the State of California. (4) A soils report is required pursuant to Section 1803 of the CBC. All recommendations of the Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction drawings. (5) A demolition permit will be required for the structure which is proposed to be removed. (6) The proposed commercial modular buildings shall bear an insignia indicating the building is a Group E occupancy. (7) Pursuant to the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to employees at all times and should not be more that 500 feet from where employees are regularly employed. The plans shall indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. The toilet facilities shall also be accessible to persons with disability as required by Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. (8) Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disability in compliance with Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to the building. (9) The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or separated into conforming fire areas. 2.
