Phase 2 includes the construction of two modular classroom buildings <br /> each containing 960 square feet. The site is located along a private road, 460 feet west of State Route <br /> 88 approximately one-half mile south of Harney Lane, southeast of Lodi. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Victor Treatment Centers,Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 12755 N. State Route 88, Lodi APN: 063-140-07 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area designated as Zone AO. The 100-Year Flood Elevation is undetermined per NAVD 1988. <br /> State Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width as per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application for Phase 2 only. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.
