State Route 88, Lockeford APN: 019-020-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Walnut Street has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> 1 State Route 88 has an existing variable-width right-of-way and a planned right-of-way width as <br /> determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—alI vertical features, including but not limited to fences, <br /> walls,private light standards,rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.) <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy,the entire width(20 feet)of the alleyway road shall be paved <br /> (including 15-foot minimum radius returns)from Walnut Street to the east side of the parcel. <br />
