Prior to issuance of building permit,the developer shall pay$350.00 for the installation of a standard stop sign <br /> and stop legend on the alleyway at its termination with Walnut Street to facilitate the safe movement of <br /> vehicles. <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County — <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to <br /> release of Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. On-site drainage patterns <br /> and drainage details in addition to all improvements shall be shown on the Final Site Plan and are subject to <br /> review and approval prior to release of Building Permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management <br /> Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
