(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Ronald Nunan APN: 019-020-44 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 70 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway Route 88 shall be required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2, The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,000.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Service Commercial or$143.38 per daily trip-end generated in the <br /> Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July i of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)
