BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building_Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one-hour, <br /> fire-resistive material. Section 502). The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, <br /> energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (3) Provide a restroom conforming with all disabled access requirements if there will be <br /> 1-4 employees.
