s <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-101 5.5[g][4D <br /> e. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building_Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one-hour, <br /> fire-resistive material. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet from a property <br /> line and must be protected less than 10 feet from a property line. <br /> (2) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an "S-3° occupancy to a "B" <br /> occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502). The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, <br /> energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (3) Provide a restroom conforming with all disabled access requirements if there will be <br /> 1-4 employees.
