The Department has the following comments- <br /> Traffic Operations <br /> The following comments were provided to the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works on November 29, 2005 regarding the Scope of Work for the Traffic Impact Study. <br /> Please insure that the items mentioned are incorporated into the study. <br /> • On page 2. section 2. number 2. Existing Conditions Analysis there are 4 proposed <br /> intersections to analyze. Please insure that number 1. One access point on SR88/12 is <br /> the intersection at the access point for Mira Vista Lane„ <br /> E + Please insure that the traffic impact study(TIS) includes the proposed project's near- <br /> term and long-term impacts to State facilities---both existing and proposed—and to <br /> propose appropriate mitigation measures. The Department recommends that the study <br /> be prepared in accordance with the Caltrans Guidefor the Preparation of Traffic <br /> Impact Studies, dated December 2002 (Guide).
