The report shall include evaluation of non-polnt sources of hazardous materials.including <br /> agricultural chemical residues,as well as potential point sources,such as fuel storage tanks,septic <br /> systems,or chemical storage areas. Written confirmation is required from the Lockeford Community Services District that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition,written confirmation from the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also <br /> required.
