. 7 EAIGEO INCORPORATED �- /3.3 Current Use of Prop ert /Descri tion of Site Improvements The Property currently consists of bare, tilled soil covered in scattered thorny shrubs, a few large F oak trees, two agricultural water supply wells, and a concrete pad. Aerial photographs and { topographic maps indicate that the Property was historically occupied by a vineyard and two structures. The railroad once traversed from east to west through a small section on the south edge of the Property. A dirt road covered in fruit seeds now occupies this section. There is currently no visual indications of the former location of the railroad on the Property. 3.4 Current and Past Use of Adjoining Properties The adjoining parcels to the south are currently occupied by a vineyard. The aerial photographs ` and topographic maps indicate that these parcels, as well as the adjacent parcels to the west were t historically occupied by vineyards. The parcels adjacent to the north Property boundaries are currently occupied by Highway 88 and new residential subdivisions. These parcels were historically occupied by the highway and orchards. The structures approximately 114-mile { I northwest of the Property include a Shell Gas Station (formerly the Jackpot Food Mart), a Pizza s Factory, A bar, a Good Neighbor Pharmacy and dry cleaning facility, and a delicatessen. Approximately 114-mile northeast of the Property is a very tall communications tower.
