USGS 7.5' <br /> Lockeford Quadrangle Maps dated 1953, 1968, 1990, and 1993 were reviewed. <br /> 4.t <br /> 1953 map—The Property is mapped either as vineyards. There are two structures mapped on <br /> the west edge of the Property, next to a dirt road. The Property is bordered to the north by <br /> East Highway 88, to the east by undeveloped land, and to the south by the railroad. The <br /> adjacent parcel to the west is mapped as vineyards. Much of the surrounding area is mapped <br /> as vineyards and orchards. <br /> 1968 map — A change in the topographic lines indicates that the northeast corner of the <br /> Property has increased in elevation. The dirt road and the two structures on the west edge of <br /> r <br /> the Property are no longer mapped. <br /> 990 map—The Property and the neighboring parcels are now mapped as vacant land. <br /> �f <br /> 993 map---No significant changes are mapped on the Property or the adj acent parcels. <br /> i'4.1.2 Chain of Title/Ownership <br /> r The .Title Report lists recorded land title detail, ownership fees, leases, land contracts, <br /> easements, liens, deficiencies, and other encumbrances attached to or recorded against a <br /> subject property.
