Visual observations referenced in this report are intended only to represent <br /> conditions at the time of the reconnaissance. ENGEO would not be aware of site contamination, <br /> such as dumping and/or accidental spillage that occurred subsequent to the reconnaissance <br /> conducted by ENGEO personnel. <br /> 3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 3.1 Location and Legal Description <br /> The Property is located south of East Highway 88 in San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1). <br /> The approximately 19-acre Property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 019-110- <br /> 12 (Figure 2). <br /> 3.2 Site and Vicinity Characteristics <br /> The Property ranges in elevation from approximately 100 feet above mean sea level (msl) in the <br /> ! �"} west to approximately 104 feet above msl to the east (Figure 3). Review of the Geologic Map of <br /> I—� San Joaquin County, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mines, 1953, compiled by <br /> Davis and Olmsted, et al. found that the Property is underlain by the Modesto-Riverbank <br /> v- Formations. These formations consist of undifferentiated arkosic alluvial deposits. <br /> v We reviewed the State of California, Department of Water Resources web site for ground water <br /> level data in the vicinity of the Property. Well number 04N07E36LO01M mapped approximately <br /> ' ! 3/4-mile southwest of the Property shows that groundwater in the vicinity of the Property is between <br /> 90 feet and 50 feet below the ground surface.
