Aerial photographs and <br /> topographic maps indicate that the Property was historically occupied by a vineyard and two <br /> t ! structures. The railroad once traversed from east to west through a small section on the south edge <br /> of the Property. A dirt road covered in fruit seeds now occupies this section. There is currently no <br /> visual indications of the former location of the railroad on the Property. <br /> 3.4 Current and Past Use of Adjoining Properties <br /> ' r <br /> The adjoining parcels to the south are currently occupied by a vineyard. The aerial photographs <br /> and topographic maps indicate that these parcels, as well as the adjacent parcels to the west were <br /> historically occupied by vineyards. The parcels adjacent to the north Property boundaries are <br /> currently occupied by Highway 88 and new residential subdivisions. These parcels were <br /> historically occupied by the highway and orchards. The structures approximately 1/4-mile <br /> northwest of the Property include a Shell Gas Station (formerly the Jackpot Food Mart), a Pizza <br /> Factory, A bar, a Good Neighbor Pharmacy and dry cleaning facility, and a delicatessen. <br /> Approximately 114-mile northeast of the Property is a very tall communications tower.
