Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for <br /> or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the Lockeford Community Service District. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system, Lockeford Community Service <br /> District, as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the <br /> final map. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> C.
