The land grades gently to the west. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40. <br /> The AG-40 zone is general agriculture, minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation "is <br /> { established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises" . <br /> (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> V/ <br /> According to the tentative map from Dillon and Murphy Engineers, the,property will be split into <br /> four parcels. He said that for at least the <br /> past 50 years, the property had been used for agriculture. <br /> 4' ✓3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> / 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to Mr.Jose Viramontes (personal communication,June 10, 2005) one septic system is <br /> present on the property. One septic permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on <br /> April 6,2005.
