June 14, 2005
NOA Project Number: E05034A
3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History
One septic repair permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on April 6, 2005. This
Fi permit is dated 7/6/2004 and is for the repair/addition of one 40 foot leach line and one 25 foot by
48 inch diameter seepage pit.
f3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity
In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed
a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver
(www.terraserver.microsoft.com)'. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the
Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,
Pwe determined that there are a minimum of 66 septic systems per square mile in the immediate
vicinity of the Site.
I The general area consists of agriculture with residences.
/3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity
!
