These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> R <br /> r <br /> a. The proposed addition to the mini-mart shall be located a minimum of five (5) <br /> feet from the existing septic tank. <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> i <br /> C. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> d. Obtain Environmental Health permits for the operation of the mini-mart, <br /> underground gas tank, and the transient non-community water system. <br /> e. Shall make application for transfers of all applicable permits prior to operation <br /> (Public Water System Section 4019:15). <br /> f. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division.
