The proposed addition to the mini-mart shall be located a minimum of 5'(five <br /> feet) from the existing septic tank. <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. 11 <br /> C. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> d. Obtain Environmental Health Permits for the operation of the mini-mart, <br /> underground gas tank, and the transient non-community water system. <br />{ e.
