Several residences <br /> exist in the parcel Iabeled N.A.P.O.T.S. <br /> ,/The Deed/Legal for both parcels ae included and do not show any decd restrictions. <br /> The owner submitted the Environmental Questionnaire, included,and which does not indicate any <br /> environmental concerns with respect to the site. <br /> EVALUATION OF PAST/CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE AND <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION <br /> The site is a typical agricultural parcel with on going agricultural chemical use, by permit, required <br /> by the orchard operations. There is no known source of contamination identified for al ! <br /> and/or potential threat to human health and/or the environment on the parcel or in the study area. <br /> I <br /> CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br /> limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527 of 15289 E. State Hwy. 88. APN: 019-12-20 21 is <br /> assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental con tions in connection with <br /> the property. <br /> No further action or research is warranted. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> 2/Contaminates may migrate through air, groundwater or surface water.No physical testing of <br /> water or soil appears warranted.
