Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> f. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> g. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfaill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> h. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> L Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 22 will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> j. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of <br /> the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> k. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); Title 17, <br /> Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> 1. Submission of three (3) sets food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction.
