We show that there are 21 KV <br /> electric distribution facilities and two 60 KV electric <br /> Transmission facilities located within the proposed project site. <br /> It will be at the developers expense to relocate any of these <br /> facilities. <br /> It is P.G. & Els policy to permit certain. uses within our electric <br /> transmission easements provided such uses and the manner in which <br /> they are exercised will not interfere with our rights or endanger <br /> our facilities.• .Some examples which may be of interest to you are <br /> as follows:. - <br /> 1. Automobile Parking: Short-term parking of movable passenger <br /> vehicles and light trucks (pickups, vans, etc. ) are allowed. <br /> ; Heavy equipment access to !our facilities is to be maintained <br /> at all times. Parking is to clear P.G. & E. structures by at <br /> least to feet. Protection of our facilities from vehicular <br /> traffic is to be provides ,at the developer's expense to P.G. & <br /> E. specifications. Blocked up vehicles are not allowed. <br /> Carports, canopies or awnings are not allowed. <br /> 2 . Buildings and other Structures: No buildings , swimming <br /> pools, wells or similar structures will be permitted within <br /> said easements. <br /> 3 . Gradin: Cuts, trenching or excavations must not be made <br /> within 25 feet of any tower footing. our engineers must review <br /> grade changes in the vicinity of our towers. No fills will be <br /> allowed which would impair the ground to conductor clearances. <br />
