We show that there are 21 KV electric distribution facilities and two 60 KV electric Transmission facilities located within the proposed project site. It will be at the developers expense to relocate any of these facilities. It is P.G. & Els policy to permit certain. uses within our electric transmission easements provided such uses and the manner in which they are exercised will not interfere with our rights or endanger our facilities.• .Some examples which may be of interest to you are as follows:. - 1. Automobile Parking: Short-term parking of movable passenger vehicles and light trucks (pickups, vans, etc. ) are allowed. ; Heavy equipment access to !our facilities is to be maintained at all times. Parking is to clear P.G. & E. structures by at least to feet. Protection of our facilities from vehicular traffic is to be provides ,at the developer's expense to P.G. & E. specifications. Blocked up vehicles are not allowed. Carports, canopies or awnings are not allowed. 2 . Buildings and other Structures: No buildings , swimming pools, wells or similar structures will be permitted within said easements. 3 . Gradin: Cuts, trenching or excavations must not be made within 25 feet of any tower footing. our engineers must review grade changes in the vicinity of our towers. No fills will be allowed which would impair the ground to conductor clearances.
