Towers shall not be left on mounds without adequate road <br /> access to the base of the structures. <br /> 4 . Fences: Heavy equipment access to our facilities is to be <br /> maintained at all times. Metal fences are to be grounded to <br /> P.G. &E. specifications. No fences to be installed within 10 <br /> feet of any tower footing or pole. Retaining or sound walls <br /> require our review. <br /> 5 . Landscaping: Landscaping is allowed. Trees and shrubs are <br /> limited to those varieties that do not exceed 15 feet in <br /> height at maturity. Reasonable access to our facilities must <br /> be maintained, including access by heavy equipment. Green <br /> belts are encouraged. <br /> 6 . Storage of Flammable, Explosive or Corrosive Materials,: <br /> This is not allowed, including the storage of trash. No trash <br /> bins, trash enclosures, dumpsters, or incinerators are <br /> allowed. <br /> 7 . Street and Roads: Are allowed providing access to our <br /> facilities is maintained at all times and structures are <br /> provided with protection from traffic. street lights may be <br /> allowed. Plans must be reviewed by P.G. &E. for proper <br /> clearances. <br /> 8 . Reservoirs, Sumps, Drainage Basins and Ponds: Are allowed <br /> on overhead electric easements, provided reasonable access to <br /> our facilities and proper clearances are maintained. <br /> 9 . Recreation Areas: Play grounds, parks, tennis courts, <br /> basketball courts, pedestrian trials and barbecue pits are <br /> allowed, but require P.G. &E. review. <br /> 10 . Pipelines : Are allowed provided crossings are held to a <br /> minimum and as nearly at right angles as possible. No <br /> pipelines allowed (except sprinkler systems) within 25 feet of <br /> P.G. &E. structures. Leach fields are not allowed. <br /> 11 . Signs : Are not allowed except in rare cases and are <br /> subject to individual review. <br /> We encourage the developer to contact us regarding specific uses as <br /> early as passible in the planning stages of this project.
