Submit three sets of food facility pians to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br />113915} (California Health and Safety Code, Section <br />h. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br />number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br />be required by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9- <br />1115.9) <br />The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br />delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br />Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br />through 116570. <br />NOTE: The existing well was constructed under permit # 78-298 in 1978. The water quality may <br />have to be tested for California Code of Regulations Title 22 requirements prior to final occupancy <br />approval from the Environmental Health Division. <br />4. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (Staff Contact: Mike Higgins, 948-3996) <br />a. The applicant shall dedicate a 50 -foot -wide section of right-of-way from the centerline along the <br />State Route 88 frontage. In addition, the proposed sign should not be constructed within 25 feet of <br />the 50 -foot -wide dedication. <br />b. A Caltrans Encroachment Permit will be required for any work performed within the right-of-way. <br />Additional biological, archaeological, or other environmental studies maybe required as a. part of <br />the encroachment permit application. A qualified professional must conduct any studies undertaken <br />to satisfy the Caltrans environmental review responsibilities. Ground disturbing activities to the site <br />prior to completion and/or approval of the required environmental documents may affect Caltran's <br />ability to issue a permit for the project. Furthermore, if engineering plans or drawings will be part of <br />. the permit application, they must be prepared in both metric and standard units. <br />c. Caltrans has commercial standards for driveways serving a commercial use with direct access onto <br />state highways. Any new driveway as well as existing driveways shall be built or upgraded to <br />current state standards. Where applicable, any sidewalks, curb and gutter, or ramp shall be in <br />compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. If landscaping will occur'within the Caltrans right-of-way, a landscape maintenance agreement is <br />required through the Caltrans Maintenance Department. <br />5.
