IV-30) <br /> Depending on the characteristics of the proposed development, the <br /> Community Development Department may require a Special Purpose <br /> Plan prior to the approval of any development permits on the <br /> property. <br /> Water Polic Board Resolution: R-99-793 <br /> Board Resolution R-99-793 states: <br /> Any General Plan Amendment approved by the County shall not <br /> result in increased demand upon the water supply available to San <br /> Joaquin County as of April 2, 1991. <br /> For General Plan Amendment applications for commercial or <br /> industrial development, all parcels smaller than 20 acres shall be <br /> exempt from this policy. The proposed use shall not exceed 2.25- <br /> acre feet of water per acre for each year. Unless verification can <br /> be made, the affected parcel had a higher water consumption. <br /> The policy shall apply to any amendments to the new General Plan <br /> 2010. <br /> Documentation adequate to enable the County to determine <br /> conformance with this Policy shall be provided as required. <br /> The resultant parcel of the lot line adjustment will be 17 acres. <br /> The project site is the same 17 acres. Therefore, this project is <br /> exempt from the water analysis. <br /> Next Steps <br /> This project is scheduled to be heard before the Planning Commission on <br /> April 16, 2009.
